Lorain CRA Property Tax Exemption

Meeting of Property Owners on Tuesday, December 8, starting at 7:00 p.m., at Holiday Inn on Route 57 in Elyria

Property owners within CRAs 3 and 4 will meet with Attorney Eric Zagrans of Zagrans Law Firm LLC at the Holiday Inn next to the Midway Mall in Elyria on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, starting at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting is expected to last a little over an hour.

The informational meeting is for all property owners who (i) applied for and received a tax exemption from the City of Lorain, and (ii) have not yet applied for a tax exemption from the City -- regardless of whether your home was built before or after 2006.  Mr. Zagrans will brief the participants on the current status and future strategic considerations.

This will be the last large group meeting before formal action will be commenced.  Clients and property owners only will be permitted to attend the confidential meeting.

Welcome to the Lorain CRA Property Tax Exemption website.  This site has been established to enable the clients of Zagrans Law Firm LLC to access information regarding this issue and the progress of the litigation involving their property tax exemptions.  I will post new information from time to time on this site, so please check it regularly.
